This role will support all respective assigned global, regional or local managers in regard to people issues. The focus of this person is to deal with employee relations matters. Act as change agent rolling out key processes and in addition supporting managers in people related issues by providing guidance and counselling on HR topics and policies that must be adherted to. Act as trusted advisor to assigned managers aligning both people & business strategy. Provide counselling to assigned managers on all people management topics. Discuss and strive initiatives for future HR related topics with the business and within HR. Drive execution of the HR strategy, the HR portfolio (e.g. integrated talent management, leadership development, survey, results. on-boarding, salary cycle and promotions, lead and execute on specific HR projects and pilots) and on-demand HR topics. Coodinate with other departments to ensure success for the business (e.g. recruitment, total rewards, HR Operations, Payroll. Experience & Educational Requirements: Minimum 5 years HR Business Partner Experience. Experience of providing HRBP support in a multi-national environment. Strong understanding of Irish Employment law & experience of handling internal investigations and disciplinary meetings. Experience of working in different areas of HR is advantageous e.g. Recruitment, HR Shared Services. Experience in implementing best people managment practices or programs with management teams.
