A Director of Sales Operations & Excellence is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our client based in Galway. (HYBRID) Director level role for EMEA Sales Team to oversee and drive Sales Excellence, Continuous Improvements, Data Intelligence and System/effiency improvements. THE ROLE: * Manage a diverse Team of Sales Analysts with a development mindset. * Directly influence sales strategy and objectives by providing data-based insights & future projections. * Enable Sales Force to grow market share through effective sales management process. * Use Lean Principles to improve sales management process and customer relations management (CRM) systems. * Lead efforts to develop insight-driven reporting for optimized team productivity. * Work with sales leadership to ensure reports and analyses are effectively communicated, understood, and factored into strategic planning, forecasting and decision-making (Weekly/ MOR / QBR / AOP / LRP. * Drive Sales Compensation plan calculations for both internal sales teams and dealers. * Lead development and implementation of sales force productivity improvement initiatives, including training. * Drive efforts to enhance Sales capabilities and excellence of sales teams. * Ownership over EMEA Demand planning in the Sales Inventory & Operation Planning (SIOP) through close partnership with Sales Leadership, order management, plant operations and other key stakeholders. * Establish and communicates sales targets and achievements to all relevant parties. * Continuously assesses and reviews Sales Ops & Excellence team to ensure its fit for purpose and aligned to strategic organization goals. REQUIREMENTS: * More than 10 years of experience in a similar role. * Level 8 Degree a minimum, Masters preferred. * Project Management skills, ability to apply Lean Principles. * Ability to Manage conflicting priorities. * Effective communicator able to influence in a matrix organization structure. * Ability to work with complex data. * Proactive thinking and acting, structured and precise way of working. * Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau, Alteryx. * Limited travel is required, approximately 20% N.B.
