Our client has a relaxed but professional approach to this role. A friendly environment and a fantastic team approach to things. In this role - you will be the point of contact for commercial customers who have queries on their account, questions relating to pick-ups and on the flip side of things - you will also be invoicing for services and handling credit control for select customers. You will be the point of contact for select clients which requires a multitasking and professional approach to things. If you believe you have a great way with people and want to work in a role where there is strong company support for growth and training - this could be the role for you. The company is looking for a new addition to their Customer Service team. You can be newly IATI qualified and seeking a role where you will gain great varied experience and knowledge within this field or you can have a number of years experience and you are looking to join an established and well organised and run team.
