Job Title



CPL are seeking an experienced administrator/receptionist to join their team in Galway city centre. Reception duties: Greeting, welcoming and directing walk- in visitors/candidates to the building. Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls while providing basic information. Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/courie. Using/updating daily calendar meetings, networking lists and agendas. Ordering, receiving and stocking distribution of office supplies, cleaning supplies. Management of boardroom bookings for CPL and Servisource staff. Performing clerical duties such as filing out Social Welfare forms, photocopying, printing etc… Social Media: use of Hootsuite, Facebook, Twitter (posting job adverts etc. Accounts maintenance: sending invoices / receipts for payments. Assisting with other ad-hoc reception requirements as needed. Administrative duties: Issuing of temporary contracts to candidates. Payroll set up (requesting bank details etc and sending info to accounts for approval) End of placements ( closing and issuing of P45’s to candidates. Assisting candidates with queries re: Webtime system, timesheets, holiday entitlement etc. Reference checks and liaison with other recruiters within the company.
