HR & Recruitment Manager - Galway. Responsibilities. * Manage and run the organisations recruitment requirements * Integrate HR strategies to support and achieve corporate business objectives * Contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team * Manage all HR activity to support and advise employees on all HR related matters * Provide advice and support, particularly at Management and Senior Management level on strategic matters, structural changes, key processes and significant employee relations issues etc * Attract best calibre candidates and manage the recruitment process for senior/specialist roles * Champion the new Performance Management process and support all managers and employees in utilising the new performance management system effectively * Source and provide expert legal advice and solutions on HR related activities * Promote communication at all levels of the organization and continuously improve communication strategy and process * Organising and implementing employee development programmes, Ensure that all company policies and procedures are compliant, effectively communicated, understood and adhered to. Skills & Experience. * Primary Degree in HR, Business Studies or similar discipline * A minimum of 5 years broad based HR experience Superior Service, Proven track record of working on own initiative, as part of a team, to manage complex projects to deliver clear objectives in the required timeline to the highest standards * Strong influencing skills; the ability to communicate effectively at peer and at senior management level * Good communication, organisational and administration skills * Flexible and pro-active attitude * Ability to embrace new ideas/initiatives when they arise.
