Experienced Sous Chef required to join the Brigade at large 4* Hotel in Galway. We need a good all rounder for this role, a candidate who has experience in catering for large volume events including Banquets and Weddings, a candidate who is experienced in working in, organising and leading a kitchen with large daily volumes of guests for breakfast, Bar and Lounge food and Evening Dinner and A'LaCarte service. You will work closely with Head Chef on menus, planning events, coordinating service, cooking, managing HACCP and Hygiene, ordering, Rosters etc, etc. Busy role, great property, salary negotiable.
