Swedish Customer Service Representative


Swedish Customer Service Representative required for major Galway based company. Must be fluent in Swedish and English. Responsibilities: Handling all incoming calls/e-mails for your responsible region. Creating and tracking quotations. Advising customers regarding lead-times and pricing and providing other document requests. Providing solutions for product requests. Handling outbound calls to customers to clarify order requirements when necessary. Reviewing contracts -to understand any specific terms and conditions agreed with a customer. Same-day order entry of all customer orders: standard/samples/warranty/RMAs. Communicating with the relevant partners i.e. Marketing, Finance and Sales to ensure effective and efficient order management. Handling After-Sales Activities:Processing credit/re-bills requests, resolve mis-shipments and provide proof of deliveries. Handling customer complaints (including warranty claims. Requirements: Commercial background, customer service focused with excellent communication skills. Third level education or previous experience an advantage. Technical understanding or experience in handling / dealing with technical products would be an advantage. Fluency in English essential and Swedish/Norwegian preferred. Computer literacy: MS Office, SAP. Ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
