Duties & responsibilities include: · Operate equipment in a safe manner. · Work in accordance to health and safety procedures. · Ensure that all working areas are free from obstructions and are clean and tidy at all times. · Responsible and accountable for ensuring all tasks are completed to deadlines on a daily basis. · Responsible for highlighting any discrepancies in processes or procedures. · Adhere to company policies and procedures. · Work in line with company quality procedures. · Work as part of a team on high volume line while adhering lean manufacturing guidelines. · Print appropriate documents associated with product. · Submit product for distribution. · Ensure continuous production is maintained. · Input data into computer system to record productivity. · Maintain productivity levels to the highest standards. · Assist with stock checks and other warehouse duties. · Assist in the training and cross-training of new hires and co-workers. · Process orders using applications provided e.g. SAP, ConnectShip.
