Job Requirements: Develop, communicate and execute a digital strategy based on rigorous quantitative analysis, data science. Play a key role in the delivery of agreed Ecommerce financial goals, including Revenue, Margin and ROI. Define digital content to improve the usability, design and conversion of the company website. Strive to continually uncover and identify new marketplace and with a keen understanding of the “what must come next” mindset. Develop and communicate monthly automated reports and ad hoc requests for the senior management team. Ideal Candidate: Ideally Degree/Diploma qualified. Proven track record in successfully growing digital revenue, with a strong focus on demonstrating ROI through monitoring and reporting of key KPIs. Excellent customer service experience and from brand awareness through to sales conversion. Hands on experience and an entrepreneurial approach. A natural curiosity, collegiate style and engaging nature. A fun loving, free spirited, and friendly approach who can fit-in with our existing people. Proven track record in leading a successful digital team. Agency management experience. Project management experience. Knowledge of Magento platform. Entrepreneurial Mind Set – motivated and energised by a blend of the innovative ideas, with strong analytic and numeracy skills.
