Experienced Sous Chef required to join the Brigade at large 4* Hotel in Galway. We need a good all rounder for this role, a candidate who has experience in catering for large volume events including Banquets and Weddings, a candidate who is experienced in working in, organising and leading a kitchen with large daily volumes of guests for breakfast, Bar and Lounge food and Evening Dinner and A`LaCarte service. You will work closely with Head Chef on menus, planning events, coordinating service, cooking, managing HACCP and Hygiene, ordering, Rosters etc, etc. Busy role, great property, salary negotiable.
