Financial Controller required with 5 years plus experience. Co. Galway. Responsibilities: Timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts for various entities. Preparation of monthly reports banking appraisals to raise finance for new acquisitions. Manage of group cash flow with ultimate responsibility for coordinating cash collection. Liaise with company stakeholders including banks, auditors and customers. Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Preparation of draft Audited Accounts & management of completion of audit to strict deadlines. Preparation of VAT returns & Revenue VAT reclaims. Reviewing of revenue contracts and assist in negotiations with main customers. Preparation of tenders as required and analysing tender pricing. Overseeing the payroll function and review weekly payroll. Requirements: Qualified Accountant with 5 years plus experience. Candidates should have strong commercial and leadership qualities.
