Acrow Recruitment is seeking a HR Administrator to work with a civils contractor in Galway. The successful candidate will be reporting into the HR Manager and will have duties within Administration, Recruitment, Training and Development and Employee Relations. Requirements: • 3rd level qualification in HR or equivalent. • Knowledge/ Experience of Payroll is an advantage. • Previous experience working in a fast-paced Construction, manufacturing/warehouse environment is an advantage. • Proven experience and understanding of end to end recruitment process and onboarding. • High attention to detail and experience working to tight deadlines. • Strong verbal & written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills.
