Due to continued success and plans for expansion, a leading Irish company is currently recruiting for 4 X Outbound Telesales Agents for their site based in Galway. The role will involve cold calling potential customers to create new business opportunities. You will love talking to customers, have an out-going personality with the ability to both inform and persuade new customers to come on board. Previous outbound sales experience from a call centre environment is preferred though not essential! Essential requirements: Must have either telephony or target driven sales experience. Excellent communication, negotiation & listening skills. Fluent English – both written and spoken. Good organisational skills. Good admin skills – data entry, Word / Excel. Some experience of account management. Ability to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge in order to close and secure sales. In return, this company can offer a generous commission structure along with exceptional opportunities for progression to the right candidate. Basic Salary: €21k. Commission: OTE up to €30k in first year. Location: Galway. NB: Interviews will take place during the last 2 weeks of February 2018 and successful applicants can expect to start early March 2018.
