Senior Contracts Manager. West Of Ireland. €NegPackage + Benefits. Our client is one of Ireland's biggest main contractors, with multi-million euro projects currently ongoing all across Ireland. Over the past 18 months they have gone from strength to strength and as a result of this continued growth, they now have an urgent requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in the West of Ireland. Their primary activity is undertaking projects in the area of pharmaceutical, commercial, retail, industrial and institutional buildings, ranging up to multi-million Euro projects. They are now looking to recruit a High Profile Senior Contracts Manager with 8+ years' experience to join their senior management team. You'll join a large multi-disciplinary team and report directly to the Regional Director. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects in the West of Ireland. Suitable candidate will have 15+ years' experience with at least 8 years' experience spent as a Senior Contracts Manager with a main contractor in Ireland. You'll be minimum Degree qualified in Engineering/Construction Management. You'll have management experience working on projects in excess of €10 million in value, with experience of commercial, educational, office blocks, institutional, and industrial projects preferred. Our client are also very keen on candidates based in Ireland or looking to return to Ireland for a suitable role.
