A hugely successful company is currently recruiting for a number of Telesales Agents for their Galway operation. The role will involve calling potential customers to create new business opportunities / re-new existing sales. You will love talking to customers, have an out-going personality plus an ability to both inform and negotiate with new customers. Previous outbound sales experience from a call centre environment is preferred though not essential! Requirements: Must have either telephony or target driven sales / customer service experience. Excellent communication, negotiation & listening skills. Fluent English – both written and spoken. Good organisational skills. Good admin skills – data entry, Word / Excel. Some experience of account / client management. Ability to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge in order to close and secure sales. Basic Salary: €21k.
