Ready to take the next step?........... Our client is at the forefront of medical device R&D and due to expansion are looking for exceptional individuals to join their team. Ideal candidates will either come with over 4 years' experience in a similar role or recently completed a PHD in a relevant field. The Role. As part of the R&D engineering team, you will be tasked with the development of cutting edge medical devices in the Cardiac and Vascular area. Responsible for establishing the most reliable and cost effective processing methods for manufacturing operation, Lead multidiscipline teams in planning and implementing the introduction of new products in line with marketing plans and undertaking specific projects. Participate in sourcing, testing and approving materials. Provide technical support to product and process development. Requirements. Degree level 8 in Engineering / Science or related discipline and desirably with medical device technology experience. Minimum of 4 years' experience in similar role. Relevant PHD qualified candidate will be considered. You will be a dynamic team player and leader and can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams. Have a proven track record in innovative design, development/manufacturing implementation programs. Strong experience with design software is ideal, Solidworks, Autocad or Inventor is preferred.
