As branch manager you will have overall responsibility for sales, stock management, customer service and staff development and performance. Main responsibilities: Heading up branch operating procedures and policies to group mandated standards. Ensuring commercial success of the branch. Staff performance management. Stock control & stock management. Leading growth & improvement initiatives for your branch and contributing to success of the firm as a whole. Key Candidate Requirements. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, or the obvious capability to step up to such a position. A very strong operational background in retail management for high end solution sales.
