Required for the award winning Restaurant and Gastro Bar in Co Galway. 2 years dining experience, Passionate about seasonal local produce, creative, motivated and aspiring to become a Senior Sous Chef. Passion and creativity a minimum requirement. The successful candidate will possess a flair and passion for food production and be imaginative and creative. Responsibilities will include assisting in food preparation, food production and food service carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with all Food Hygiene Regulations. A commitment to high standards, attention to detail and high volume experience are essential. Excellent communication and leadership skills also required. Required experience: Fine dining experience in an award winning Restaurant or Gastro Bar minimum of 2 years as a Senior Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Chef. Minimum of level 2 HACCP qualification.
