JobDescription: This position is to travel around to all the medical centres/hospitals etc on the western seaboard who have purchased our BD PosiFlush™ products and ensure that all staff are fully trained in how to use these properly - this is an ideal role for someone looking to make that first career move from the medical area into commercial. Or possibly a carer who is looking for career progression Responsibilites: This role is a full-time positionbasedon the western seaboardcovering all medical centres/ hopsitals etc from Letterkenny to Kerry with the possibility of providing support/cover nationally. This role is to provide total support to the sales team in training up all their customers in how to use the following productssuch as Posiflush, Injection safety range, Venflon Pro Safety and Nexiva and BD surgical product portfolio including ChloraPrep and Clippers. This role provides practical, hands on product in servicing to the sales team and their customers at a tactical level covering the MPS business portfolio with focus on MPS, PAS, DC and PleurX. You will be supporting the sales teamin achieving territory and budget targets set for the financial year bydelivering training associated with product evaluations, trials, hospital account conversions review training. You will build credibility & relationships with customers involved in product in servicing and conversions. A good understanding of how to increase product utilisation in an account through in servicing that encourages maximal account penetration will be beneficial for this role. You will compile evaluation reports with post trial/conversion feedback including register of those who have received in servicing support. As part of the Surgical Safety customer offer in selected accounts for a defined period of time provide: Targeted in-service support. Product audits. Liaise with key stakeholders as required. Maintain close working relationship with Surgical Safety Solutions BD account team. Occasionally and as directed, support the Clinical Specialists in managing product complaints requiring clinical investigation. Monitor and communicate competitor activities and developments around training and support services provided to customers with Marketing/Clinical Team. Monitor and communicate competitor activities around product evaluations, trial and in-service protocols with Marketing/Clinical Team. Share customer needs and requests with Clinical Marketing/Clinical Team. You should be confident in giving presentations to small and large customer groups. While able to demonstrates excellent communication skills that work effectively with all levels of customers. You must be able to implement agreed programmes and get results through others as well as being well organised, able to prioritise appropriately and display good time management skills.
