Key Roles & Responsibilities: You will be a leader of IT Support Services for the firm’s operations in the EMEA. You will provide key infrastructure help desk support for across all departments of the business with a special emphasis on support of the field staff working remotely. You will be part of a global IT support and project team insuring the highest possible level success for the organization. Key Skills & Experience Requirements: A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role with a leading enterprise level firm, ideally from the pharma, medical device, manufacturing, technical R&D or engineering sectors. Vastly experienced in all aspects ofin Windows Operating Systems , (including installation & upgrade), namely XP,7, 8 & 10. Strong working experience innetworking infrastructure; TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS, DNS, SMTP and active directory. Proven ability in solving connectivity and general infrastructure problems related to mobile device and mobile architecture. Recent extensive experience working with a ticket-based IT support system. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with non-IT trained personnel, particularly remote working sales professionals.
