Senior Sales Executive. Location: Galway (can also be based in London. €excellent salary and benefits. Permanent. “Fluent German & English essential” Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record of selling products and services with an in-depth understanding of channel management and booking technology. As a Senior Sales Executive your role is designed to develop new business opportunities, through inside and outside sales initiatives. The senior Sales Executive will have exposure to both office based selling and field sales with seminars, conferences and events as required by the business. Responsibilities. The Senior Sales Executive role signifies a milestone where the Sales Executive is managing activity, pipeline, sales quality and territory autonomously. Conversations with the Sales Team Leader are now more geared to sales strategy and how to further improve conversion rates. Consistently hit sales quota and sales activity standards through phone based sales and field sales initiatives. In conjunction with the sales leadership, plan and prioritize business development activities to achieve business aims and sales targets. Manage and build aggressive sales pipeline in order to maximize conversation ratios. Attend meetings, regional conferences, seminars and regional road shows as required. Utilize and develop innovative sales strategies to maximize results and win over challenging targets. Respond to all incoming product enquiries, referrals and leads in a timely and effective manner. Source opportunities and canvas potential clients via cold calling. Prepare accurate quotes, develop and present proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner. Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on client's CRM system. Achieve sales KPI’s, activity and targets. Maintain consistent, regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts. Continue to identify upgrade opportunities with the existing client base and generate new sales from these organizations. Contract negotiation as required, maintaining a balance between optimal service and value for the client's profit margins. Ensure all documentation is complete post sales to set up trials, and to move the client to a subscription. Provide client feedback on products to the Product Development team so that products can be reviewed in line with the feedback. Adhere to all of the client's policies and procedures. Support your TL and Manager as required, enabling the expansion and growth of client’s sales capabilities. Demonstrate commitment to the team, to ensure the team achieves its goals, objectives and SLA’s. Adopt the relevant processes, procedures and policies of the client to ensure a consistently high level of service. Where necessary identify short falls in the process and procedures and suggest process improvements. Core Skills. Experienced in selling the client’s product suite with thorough knowledge of channel management and booking technology. Demonstrated mastery of the client messaging and demo. Proven experience in selling SaaS business applications to customers. Proficient in executing business development KPIs and sales activities. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Technical aptitude. Passion for the online technology space.
