Currently offering a fine dining 2AA Rosette restaurant, bar, room service and private events, the property plans for further F&B development over the next couple years and embraces the “farm to fork” ethos with a lovely, extensive kitchen garden and plans for their own livestock. They now require a highly experienced Head Chef with an extensive 5 star / Rosette background who excels in all areas of kitchen management: people management (team of 12 Chefs), HACCP/Hygiene, menu creation, presentation standards etc in addition to top class cooking skills. Must demonstrate a true commitment to providing an exquisite and creative dining experience using locally sourced goods of the highest calibre. Short term accommodation available with this role.
