Senior / Executive Sous Chef required for 4* Hotel in Galway, ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in a similar role, this is a "hands on" position, will suit Chef from a large and very busy Hotel with excellent Events, Bar and Restaurant trade who is used to running with a large team and very busy service. There is a large and popular Banqueting facility also which is a growing element of this business, recently renovated to ensure further potential. Here its all about food quality and great seasonal menus, efficient service, having a great relationship with your colleagues and generally being centre of a great team.
