Our Galway based client is currently seeking to recruit a Fraud & Breach Coordinator with German for their European HQ. A as Fraud and Breach Coordinator you will be responsible for working closely with customer and breach clients, providing Client and Customer service, implementation and administration of breach services, and support clients throughout the process. Reporting to the European Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Screen and interview clients by telephone to compile information regarding breach/fraud. Examine and analyse information to determine the severity of the breach and record and detail relevant case notes into database. Prepare written proposals for breach services that fit the situation. Ensure timely communication to internal team members, clients and other 3rd parties. Manage mailings: scrubbing data, producing letters, obtaining client approval and coordinating the delivery. Maintain current knowledge of all new laws and regulations pertaining to breach and identity theft. Provide professional and courteous customer service and expert assistance to clients and victims of a breach/fraud. Gather, assemble and preserve facts, statementsand other evidence for use in breach remediation and resolving fraud issues and claims. Prepare letters, initiate telephone communications and acts as a liaison to creditor, law and government agencies. If you tick the below requirements we would love to hear from you! Bachelor's Degree and APA, CIP , and or working towards a QFA an advantage. 3-5 years working in a client facing position (fraud/breach related ideally) plus experience with administering/reporting systems and troubleshooting.
