Talent Acquisition Consultant. Role Purpose. The successful individual will be tasked with developing innovative and proactive methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline candidates for roles in Galway. You will need to foster and cultivate relationships with key talent to ensure we deliver the strategic needs of our client’s organisation. Our new CRM system will be utilised to manage our candidates, while also capturing all vital information around their experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Job Responsibilities: Work with key client stakeholders and line managers to identify recruitment needs. Manage full cycle recruitment process for roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, including direct sourcing, screening, interviewing qualified candidates, negotiation and offer process. Engage with Hiring Managers where appropriate to ensure clarity of the roles, identify any talent gaps across the organization. Subject matter expert on the Recruitment Market. Drive a direct search and innovative sourcing model through a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs, to ensure the company is always proactive. Use your market knowledge and sourcing skills to foster and cultivate relationships with both active and passive candidates. Develop relationships with key candidate and specific talent pools. Turning applicants from non active to active by developing strong candidate relationships. Promote company values in all aspects of recruitment delivery. Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment. Utilizerecruitment system and Sourcing database to store and manage the candidate relationship. Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape in your area; build a competitive intelligence. knowledge base of companies and candidates residing within those companies, keep up-to-date with industry trends and practices and share acquired knowledge with the staffing team. Meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as directly sourced candidates, Time to fill, cost per hire, candidate and hiring manager experience, diversity etc. Skills and Experience 3+ years of recruitment experience, call centre environment a plus. Proven track record of collaborating effectively across key stakeholder groups. Experience managing recruitment processes. Subject Matter expert in Recruitment Market. A track record of delivering on targets (Results Orientated. Strong organizational skills with ability to ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates. Superb attention to detail. Ability to drive processes with the drive and determination to succeed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident and Professional Individual with the Integrity to manage confidential information. Successfully demonstrated positive impact and influence across own team and wider organisation. Passionate, career focused individual who believes in putting the candidate at the core of the recruitment process. Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office applications a plus.
