Our client based in Galway is seeking to hire a strong Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team for a 6-month contract position. You will be a fluent French Speaker with a minimum of 2 years experience in In-house recruitment or an agency environment. Job Description: Manages applicant tracking system and creates reports and metrics analysis. Working with management to develop job specifications/requirements. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education, and training, skills, knowledge, and abilities. Sources candidates, manage workforce demands and develops networks. Phone screens and conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees. May prepare applicant assessments, provide applicants with information on the company, Oversees background checks and drug testing, check references and ensure successful hiring and onboarding process. Requirements. *Minimum of 3 years' experience. *Level 8 in Business or related discipline. *Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. *Experience with an Applicant Tracking Database (Taleo and Workday desirable. *Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel. *Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
