Job title: Site HR Director. Job location: Co. Galway. About the employer. This role is based within a multi-national company in Co. Galway, this organisation has a large presence in Galway and offers employees excellent benefits and working conditions. The Site HR Director is responsible for the outputs of the HR function and the organisation and development of all employees. The successful applicant will also be jointly responsible for the Health and Safety of all employees, contractors and visitors to the Company. It is vital that the Site HR Director ensures all organisational practices and policies are working towards the employer providing a Happy & Productive Working Environment. The successful HR Site Director will have the following skills and experience: Degree in Human Resources. 7 + years HR Management Experience in a fast-paced Multinational Environment at a Senior Level. Chartered CIPD membership. Restructuring and change management experience. In depth expertise in Irish Law, policies, procedures and HR.
