Continuous Improvement - action plans, risk reduction, Kaizen, support, processes. What you need: Engineering degree or experience - Level 7 and up. Experience in manufacturing - high volume! Excellent communication skills. Problem solving experience. Proactive, resilient, approachable and passionate.
