Purpose. If you are a doer and have a passion for making a real difference then this role is for you. You will be a senior analyst in R & D. Requirements. You will be required to have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (level 8) in science, preferably Chemistry or Biochemistry, with 4 to 6 years of pharma analytical laboratory experience. However, this client will consider a different combination of experience and education. Any previous experience of being an analytical project lead including training and supervising the activities of junior analytical personnel, would make you a frontrunner for this role. You must be well versed in cGLP within a highly regulated pharmaceutical laboratory. Responsibilities. Planning and Managing testing activities. Leading the team and developing staff. Lead the team's EHS. GMP. Compile and monitor data. Liaise with R & D to continuously improve the way we work in R & D Analytical. Perform wet Chemistry and liquid chromatography testing of samples.
