This is an opportunity to join a global Medical Device company as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. This role has arisen due to the acquisition of a new product for the company. As a result of this, a Senior Manufacturing Engineer is required to assist in the transfer of this product and bringing this product to full scale production. To meet these requirements this role will involve reviewing Validation Documentation, GAP Analysis and developing DA/RA Validation Strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Lead project from initial concept to final validation. • Planning budgeting and leading continuous improvement projects. • Lead project teams and work as part of the overall project including directing engineers, technicians and production personnel. • Generate Engineering Change Notices, Protocols and Prototypes. • Technical assessment of current validation documents relating to our new acquisitions. • Gap Assessment / presentation between what was tested and what should have been tested. • Interaction with R&D to support new ventures / development works.
