Operations Manager required for a busy 4* hotel in Galway. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of all operations throughout the premises. The Role: Ensure the smooth operation of all departments. Work closely with HOD's to ensure all staff are required to the required levels and are delivering excellent levels of customer care. Work closely with the sales team, recording trends and maximising revenue. Maintain excellent operational standards in the absence of the General Manager. Assist departments when needed, in a hands on capacity. The Candidate: Proven experience at a senior management level in the hospitality industry. Strong F B background desired.
