A multinational organization catering to the automotive sector has an opportunity for an experienced Procurement Program Manager to work within its manufacturing facility in Galway. In this role, you will responsible for plant procurement goals and metrics including Material Productivity, Supplier Rationalization, Supplier Quality, Supplier Control and Supplier on Time Delivery. The job would involve partnering with Global and Regional Category Teams to assist with projects charter, benefits, and resource deployment. As a Project leader, you will responsible for multiple Procurement projects, working with cross-functional teams and standard work to build and execute project implementation plans for productivity and continuous improvement projects. In this role, you will participate in and represent Procurement function during plant or product Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) or Major Model Review (MMR) Events. Also, you would support the development of the Annual Operating Plan for productivity projects, targets and initiatives. Qualifications: This role would suit a Supply Chain professional who has extensive experience working in a diversified industrial company in the areas of Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and/or Operations.
