Our client is currently seeking to recruit French or German Regional Sales Manager with coaching/training experience within IT/hospitality industry focusing on outbound sales. As a Regional Sales Manager you will manage a team of 10 sales executives working on outbound sales plus below responsibilities: Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive/ the team and prepare regular sales forecasts for Sales Managers. Review the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member andinterpret it, offering guidance on how to improve. Plan, develop and execute a range of events. Build, report on and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region. Key experience and skills: Hospitality Software services/ products knowledge and experience. Fast paced High volume sales experience. Must have coaching/training experience.
