As a Customer Communications Specialist, you’ll manage all customer-oriented messaging, communications and events. In this exciting role, you will: - Act as the primary marketing content for customers. - Work with customers to create success stories and testimonials. - Create customer-centric content and collateral. - Work with Customer Success Account Managers to develop initiatives that drive retention and growth within their region. - Collaborate with colleagues to deliver customer feedback initiatives. - Manage customer contacts, communications and reports in the CRM system. To be considered, you’ll need: - At least three years’ marketing and content creation experience. - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. - The drive to learn new concepts and technologies quickly and independently. - An interest in working towards strategic goals. - A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications. Proactive and forward-thinking, as a Customer Communications Specialist, you’ll have excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills.
