Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team in Ballinasloe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing weekly payroll for 50 employees. Working hours 8-5/ OR 8/6. experience of IPASS is desirable but not essential. Must have at least 1 +years’ payroll experience in a busy environment. The role: Reporting to the General Manager this role involves: Setting up both starters and leavers. Processing high volume payroll in a busy environment on a fortnightly basis. Dealing with BIK, pension, awards etc. Producing monthly payroll reports. Preparation of P30, P35 and P60 P45 forms. Processing overtime wage checks. Other payroll related tasks where required.
