They are seeking a Sr. R&D Analytical Manager , an individual who would have experience of managing a busy analytical laboratory in an R&D or QC environment previously. Someone who is keen to lead a group that is undergoing transition, demonstrating the ability to lead a high performing unit supporting the ng development of complex products with highly efficient working operational and technical practices. Key Responsibilities. Develop staff, mentor each of them, and look after their personal training needs, specifically, provide training to extend their knowledge aligning with a more complex pipeline. Perform short and long-term resource planning along with setting business goals. Setup analytical capability/technology to support assigned products. Provide advice on troubleshooting equipment. Be a leading force to strive for technical excellence. Maintain analytical budget within agreed limits for regular finance reviews. Control right first time Quality Data generation, Operational Excellence and Lean Laboratory activities for projects assigned to the analytical staff in your team. Maintain and monitor systems ensuring robust analytical method development and validations. Support formulation and process development studies. Collaborate with Stakeholders constantly. The Person: Minimum Bachelors degree in Science or related with 10 years' experience within a pharmaceutical environment previously with experience of managing a group of 8 or more employees previously. Capability to set clear goals, communicate these clearly and ensure progress to completion meeting predefined targets. Must possess a broad knowledge of analytical method development, validation, stability testing.
