Estimator (Building. Galway €Neg. Junior Estimator required for medium-sized main contractor with offices in Dublin & Galway. The ideal candidate will come from a Quantity Surveying/ Estimating background and will have prior experience producing tenders for construction projects, although not essential. Projects include: Commercial. Hotel. Residential. Public. Duties: Production of the estimate / tender / quote submission documentation together with post contract variation evaluation. Management of both client and direct staff relationships is an essential part of this role. Ideally, experience in construction estimating with a main contractor in Ireland and/or the UK. Proven ability to manage a team coupled with an excellent bid win ratio are key for the successful candidate. Training will be provided if required.
