Description

RoleTasks & Responsibilities: Process & distribution of automated Service Tickets create by the company CRM. Setting up service appointments for field software & infrastructure engineers. Producing daily reports from the CRM system on service level performance. Determining the level of the issue to be resolved according to categories 1,2 or 3 and distributing through the CRM to relevant parties accordingly. Candidate Requirements. A minimum of 18 months experience working in technical administration role on an automated online ticketing service system, e.g. ServiceNow or similar. High level competency on general input and update of major CRM or ERP systems data. Experience working with 3rd party consultants and monitoring their SLA KPIs to ensure effective and efficient problem resolution. Exceptional communication, (verbal & written), time management and stakeholders management skills. Please Note : This is a 2-month contract to start with. With a good possibility of extension and move to permanency, if desired, but this is not guaranteed.
