Executive Head Chef required for large 4* Hotel in Galway, ideal candidate will have 3/4 years experience in a similar role, this is wonderful opportunity for Chef to manage and develop a property and put it on the Culinary map. The position will suit Head Chef from a large Hotel with excellent Bar and Restaurant trade who is used to running with a busy Kitchen. There is an extensive Events and Banqueting trade also with the potential to grow and further develop this business. Here its all about food quality and team management, efficient service, having a great relationship with your colleagues and generally being the leader of a great team. General Manager will recruit experienced Head Executive Chef from a well managed property for this role, you will be fully responsible for all Kitchen operations, HACCP, purchasing, cooking, training, rostering etc, etc. Plenty of novel ideas, flair, enthusiasm and pride in your work required for this role. 4/5* Hotel experience preferred.
