The Role: We now have a vacancy for a Part Time Office Assistant for our Galway service department with a minimum 2 years office experience. The successful candidate will assist the Service Manager in the day to day running of the Service department. Duties and Responsibilities: Obtain PO’s and ensure accurate invoicing of service work to customers. Deal with customer queries in a timely manner. Liaise with service engineers on a daily basis to obtain paperwork. Processing of engineers paperwork. Communicate with other departments in the business where relevant. Weekly / Monthly reporting. Key Experience and Skills: 2 years relevant office experience essential. Excellent communication skills on all levels. Knowledge of the motor trade a distinct advantage. Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office. Deadline focused with the ability to prioritise tasks. Customer service orientated. Ability to work on own initiative.
