Head Chef required for 4* Hotel in Galway, ideal candidate will have 3/4 years experience in a similar role, this is a "hands on" position, will suit Head Chef from a Hotel with excellent Bar and Restaurant trade who is used to running with a small team. There is a good Banqueting facility also with the potential to grow and develop this business further. General Manager wishes to recruit experienced Head Chef from a well managed 4* property for this role, you will be fully responsible for daily Kitchen operations ensuring consistency in following procedures, Hygiene & HACCP, Purchasing & Ordering, cooking & service, mentoring & training, rostering etc, etc. He may consider a very experienced Sous Chef with good overall Kitchen Management expertise.
