List of duties: Review and rate CVs and update relevant records/spreadsheet. Schedule interviews for successful applicants. Administer dexterity test to applicants. Issue relevant correspondence post interview and update records. Carry out reference checks. Schedule pre-employment medical. Performs a variety of other related recruitment tasks, as required. Source recruits and select candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions. Assist in the evaluation, selection criteria of candidates that come through online sourcing – job boards, universities, networking sites and assist in setting up job fairs if necessary. Lease with agencies to compile a list of CV’s for Managers and recruiters. Compile reports at the end of the week for the HR Manager. Advertise roles though online systems and generate pool of talent for selection. Provide advanced administrative support for the HR department if necessary. Essential criteria. Strong administration and organisational skills. Genuine interest in Recruitment, recruit experience highly desirable but not essential. Ableto work to targets. Requires minimum supervision, able to hit the ground running. Good literacy and verbal communication skills. Very professional and able to work with confidential information.
