Because we have an opportunity to take up the role of a Quality Assurance Executive. This job is a Fixed Term Contract to provide Maternity cover. Located in Galway , you will be working in a team of 15 people and the team will consist of a QP, Team Leaders, QA Executives and Documentation Controllers. As well as being a people-person, you will need to be highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and take the initiative in situations. Key duties & responsibilities: Managing internal audits and the company’s GMP training programme. Maintenance of the incident report and CAPA systems. Responsible for the Permanent & Temporary Change Management system. Investigate and resolve Customer Quality complaints and Medical Device Vigilance systems. Batch record review of finished products prior to QP/QA release. Prepare quality review reports and KPI Management review data. What are we looking for? Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a Science related discipline. 5+ years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 2 years in a QA role. Manage all aspects of QA; complaint handling, CAPA, batch release, deviation, change management. Strong communication skills and an adaptable, team player. Proficiency with quality management systems (Trackwise a particular advantage. Experience of sterile manufacturing is desirable but not essential.
