International Customer Service Advisor with German - Galway. Role: I am currently acting on behalf of our multi-national client, based in Galway, to recruit an International Customer Service Advisor with fluent German. The individual must have 2 years experience helping customers in a high-volume, call centre environment. Key Responsibilities: are passionate about customer service in a bustling and fun work environment. stay cool when things are busy, and keep things moving, so you can help as many customers as possible. You might help customers via chat, email, social media, or phone. keep customer account information and company internal information secure and confidential. advocate for customers by reporting the most common issues and questions so we can fix or improve them. work a set shift that may change based on what the organisation needs most. If you are interested in this role, you will need these skills or experiences: a minimum of two years experience helping customers in a high-volume, call centre environment. verbal and written fluency in English and German. to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changes in processes and tools as they happen. to have a good attendance record and a plan to be on-time to work, every day. to be comfortable and confident using a computer and typing for most of the day. to work well under pressure.
