Chef de Partie required for a busy bistro style restaurant in the heart of Galway. The successful candidate will need to be an individual who enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment that is passionate about progressing in their career and learning new skills. The role: Preparation and cooking of dishes to order. Working as part of a team to ensure a smooth service and customer satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and organised work area at all times. Learning new skills from senior staff. Maintaining HACCP standards at all times. Assisting with orders and deliveries as required. Assisting with stock takes as required. The Candidate: Previous experience working as a chef de Partie in a busy environment. Passionate about producing fresh, high quality food. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
