Joyce’s Group are currently seeking to hire an Accounts Assistant for a fixed term to cover maternity leave, based in Headford, Co. Galway. Days of work are Monday to Friday. Immediate start. Role overview: - Responsible for accounts payable. Responsible for bank reconciliations. Responsible for quarterly management accounts being delivered on time. KPI reporting. Ensuring that you work to the set deadlines. Ad hoc duties as required. Experience / Requirements : A minimum of 2 years plus experience in in a similar position is desirable. Processing/data entry experience essential. Reconciliation and report experience essential. Strong organisational skills, Numerical skills and competency. Excellent time management skills and ability to work accurately to deadlines. Computer literate. High attention to detail. Fluent verbal & written English, Proficient in Microsoft packages.
