Experienced Sous Chef required for busy 4* Hotel in Galway. Hotel is in the City region. Client would like to meet experienced Sous Chef, ideally with 3-4 years experience in large busy 4* Hotel. Your role will be overall responsibility in Main Kitchen and Banqueting. Experienced team leader required who can take responsibility for daily Operations, we need a candidate who thrives on being busy, enjoys a "hands on " role, reports to Head Chef. Ideal candidate should have passion for food and motivation to progress to Head chef role within the Company within next 2 years.
