In this role - you will be the point of contact for domestic customers who have queries on their account, questions relating to pick-ups and on the flip side of things - you will also be invoicing for services and handling credit control for select customers. If you believe you have a great way with people and want to work in a role where there is strong company support for growth and training - this could be the role for you. The company is looking for a new addition to their Customer Service team. You can be coming for a Customer Service role but there is a good deal of accounts in this role and you have to be happy with generating invoices and credit control.
