Description

Skilled Administrative Co-Ordinator required for a permanent position in a very busy depot office based in Mayo . Knowledge of haulage or logistics would be a distinct advantage. Strong Data Entry Skills are required - with Training given in all other areas. Duties and Responsibilities. General day to day administration with the office. Raise delivery queries with drivers and work towards a resolution. Deal with phone queries relating to orders. Ensure general filing is maintained and kept up to date. Endure all emails are handled and escalated when required. Maintain a complaints record system. Respond to complainants and assist with resolutions. Be prepared to assist in the warehouse during busy periods lifts and moving or packages. Skills Required. 1-3 years Administrative/Office experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
