Job title: Credit & Collections Analyst French. Reporting into: Credit & Collections Manager. This role is based in a fast-paced Credit Collections environment. Applicants must have relevant experience from within a B2B Credit Collections environment – this experience is essential. Job location: Galway City. Permanent contract. The role. The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary package (including 25 days holiday) and the opportunity to work as part of a motivated and highly skilled team based within a Shared Service Centre in Galway City. The Credit & Collections Team Leader will be responsible for: Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned high profile/complex accounts. Responsible for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts. Ensure Cash application is accurate. Ensure that cash targets are met. Management of customer disputes. Create Credit limit requests. Direct productivity improvement efforts to ensure all processes are efficient, cost effective, and consistent with overall department practices. Participate in process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. Support Monthly Close and KPI metrics. Serve as the primary liaison with the Sales Directors/Commercial Team on customer related issues. Build strong account relationships through continued phone contact with sales/commercial and relevant stakeholders. Promote strong collaborative relationships between Credit & Collections/Finance/Customer Services as well as other internal teams. Personal Characteristics and the skills and experience needed for this Credit & Collections Analyst French role: 18 months + relevant experience in an accounts receivable role – preferably within a global company. SAP or other major ERP Systems experience is desirable. French language required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Attention to detail and organized. Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. Commitment to excellent customer service. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Other: Occasional travel may be required.
